Tot Perch is a Canadian brand with international distribution. Our fulfillment network ships directly to customers across Canada and the United States from our global distribution partner, which is how we're able to keep shipping costs low and offer fast, reliable delivery worldwide.
We're working toward local North American distribution to make delivery even faster. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience — and we think you'll agree it's worth the wait.

ORDER PROCESSING |
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS |
We understand that plans change. Here's how cancellations work:

After shipment — order in transit |
We can initiate a return, however a $5.00 restocking fee applies to cover outbound shipping and handling costs. Your refund will be processed once the item is received back at our facility. |

After delivery — not satisfied |
No restocking fee. Simply return the item within 30 days in its original condition and we'll issue a full refund. See our Return Policy for details. |

A NOTE ON DELIVERY TIMES |
Tot Perch is a Canadian company with a global distribution network. Because we ship internationally from our distribution partner, delivery to Canada and the United States typically takes 6–12 business days.
We know that's a little longer than next-day shipping, and we appreciate your patience. Every order is tracked, and you'll receive updates along the way. We're actively working toward North American local distribution to make delivery faster — but for now, this is how our business is set up and we wanted to be upfront about it.
