1. Sponsor

Tot Perch Inc., 75 Bayly St W, Ste 15 #770, Ajax, ON L1S 7K7, Canada.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway runs in monthly periods. Each monthly entry period opens on the first day of the calendar month at 12:00 a.m. ET and closes on the last day of that month at 11:59 p.m. ET.

4. How to Enter

Complete the official entry form (a Meta Instant Form) presented in our Facebook/Instagram giveaway ad by providing your first name, last name, and a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person per monthly period.

Alternate free method of entry (no purchase): Hand-print your full name, email address, and mailing address on a 3"x5" card and mail it to the Sponsor address above. One entry per outer envelope; must be received before the close of the monthly entry period.

5. Drawing & Odds

Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each monthly entry period, on or about the first day of the following month. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize

Each winner receives one (1) Tot Perch seat (approximate retail value $29.95 USD). Two (2) prizes awarded per monthly period. Prize is non-transferable; no cash substitution except at Sponsor's discretion.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email and announced on the Tot Perch Facebook page (first name and last initial only). A winner must respond with valid shipping information within seven (7) days of notification, or an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Tester Panel (optional)

Entrants may optionally opt in to be considered for our tester panel. If selected and you submit photos or video, you grant Tot Perch Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content in its marketing. Any paid usage will be agreed separately in writing.

9. Privacy

Information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may send you occasional updates and offers; you can unsubscribe at any time.

10. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
